I joined NCA's Juniors and Seniors today on an Economics field trip. Our first stop was at a traditional Nicaraguan market. We broke into small groups and spent time interviewing vendors about profit margins and marketing strategies.
Then we drove about 20 minutes to a local mall where the owner of the first Sushi Itto restaurant in Nicaragua gave us a presentation. He has an incredible life story and did a terrific job of sharing with our students. I especially enjoyed when one of our students asked him about his faith and he was able to share about his growing relationship with God.
