Below are the latest "Pictures and Prayers from Nicaragua".

Thank you once again for being a part of our story through your prayers, encouragement, and financial support.  We are so thankful to have your company on this journey.

We recently celebrated our 5 year anniversary of moving to Nicaragua!

It has been an incredible blessing for our family to be able to live and serve here. Thank you for your many prayers for us over the past five years!

The picture on the top was taken in Cedar Rapids, Iowa shortly before we moved to Nicaragua and the picture on the bottom was taken this past Summer when we were visiting with my family in Michigan.

Disciples making disciples. This year some of our high school students are leading small groups of elementary students in bible study and prayer. I love seeing our older students encouraging our younger students in their faith. This is a picture of one of our seniors leading a small group of elementary students.

Please pray for our student leaders as they step out in faith and begin discipling younger students.

I took this picture last weekend at the cathedral in Leon, Nicaragua and it reminded me of one of the names of Jesus. We have started enjoying Christmas music in our house as we look forward to celebrating the birth of our Savior. Have a joy filled Christmas season!

Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. - Revelation 5:5

A testimony from one of our parents at NCA's newest school in Matagalpa, Nicaragua.

"Throughout our son's first year at NCA Matagalpa, we have seen the positive influence of your school in our son - principally spiritually but also in his academic growth and in his relationship with his peers. The enthusiasm he is showing for learning is noticeable not only to us but to our family, friends and neighbors. We encourage you to continue firm in your goal to impact the city of Matagalpa. We have seen a difference in the one year that your school has been here. Our prayer is that God would continue to do great things through you. Without your help, we would not have thought the changes in our son were even possible."
